The Medi-Train Centre provides a number of different classes including specialist classes working with those who have specific musculoskeletal conditions. Our Pilates Instructor is one of the most highly trained and experienced Instructors in the area.
Rachael Gregory
Rachael initially qualified as a Registered Nurse specialising in Learning Disability before going on to pursue a career in the fitness industry. She has worked in the fitness industry now for fifteen years and has spent the past seven years specialising in the teaching of Modern Pilates.
Rachael holds Level 3 Certificate in Teaching Matwork Pilates as well as additional training for back care, hip, knee and shoulder rehabilitation through Pilates. She has also undertaken specialist Diagnostic Pilates training of the spine, pelvis, lower limbs and shoulder.
