What to Expect

At a first appointment our Clients receive a detailed assessment, consultation and diagnosis of their condition. Treatment options will also be discussed and a treatment plan agreed together with an indication as to the likely number of treatment sessions required.

The overall number of treatment sessions will depend upon you, your condition and your Physiotherapist’s assessment. As a guide Clients of the Centre receive a course of up to six treatment sessions with treatment generally being given at one to two weekly intervals. Some acute conditions may respond to treatment in as little as one or two treatment sessions. Chronic conditions, as to be expected, may need ongoing maintenance.

We are keen that our Clients should start their treatment as soon as possible in order to expedite their recovery. Treatment can therefore be administered at your first appointment, which is inclusive of the initial consultation fee.

At each subsequent session your progress will be reviewed and further treatment administered according to individual needs.
